Thank you for choosing Supreme Auto Detailing. To ensure a smooth appointment, please review the following terms and conditions.

1. Vehicle Preparation

  • Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, trash, and loose items from the vehicle prior to your appointment.
  • If excessive trash or personal items must be removed by our team before service can begin, a $35 Vehicle Clean-Out Fee will be added to the final invoice.
  • Supreme Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 10 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 10 hours notice will be subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee.
  • No-shows may be charged the full cancellation fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Service Conditions

  • Pricing is based on the vehicle size and condition selected at booking.
  • Vehicles with excessive pet hair, staining, mold, sand, biohazards, or extreme neglect may require additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed before work begins.
  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.

4. Mobile Service Requirements

  • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.
  • We require sufficient space to work around the vehicle.
  • For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe working conditions.

5. Weather Policy

  • As a mobile detailing company, weather may affect scheduling.
  • In the event of severe weather, Supreme Auto Detailing may reschedule appointments at no additional charge.

6. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Disclaimer

  • Paint correction significantly improves paint appearance but cannot guarantee the removal of every scratch, chip, or defect.
  • Ceramic coatings help protect your vehicle and make maintenance easier but do not prevent scratches, rock chips, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

8. Liability

  • Supreme Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, aftermarket paint issues, worn interior materials, or previously repaired surfaces that may become visible during the detailing process.

9. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for the period stated at purchase, are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Supreme Auto Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
